We believe that every purchase you make on haveitnext should leave you completely satisfied and happy, and to that end, we've developed a comprehensive Returns Policy that will give you peace of mind. Our commitment to customer satisfaction goes hand-in-hand with our compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, and all our policies are designed to meet or exceed legal requirements.

 

Please note that this Returns Policy is an integral part of the haveitnext Terms and Conditions, and all defined words in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy unless the context indicates otherwise.

Logging Your Return

If you have any issues with your product or have simply changed your mind and no longer want it, we're here to help. Let us know that you intend to return your product by logging a return here.

To log a return, it's important to have a haveitnext account. If you haven't created one yet, no worries! Signing up is a quick and free process. You can create an account here.

 

Our priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. That's why we offer the option to have our product experts reach out to you within hours if you experience any issues with your product. Our team of experts are dedicated to helping you troubleshoot and resolve any fixable issues, whether it's a problem with product setup or anything else. With their assistance, you may be able to avoid the need for a return altogether. When you are logging your return, you have the option to select this service by simply checking the corresponding checkbox.


 

If the product is indeed faulty or you're still not satisfied after troubleshooting, our product experts will initiate a return on your behalf immediately. Our ultimate goal is to make the returns process as seamless and hassle-free as possible for you.

To make your return process hassle-free, please note the following before initiating a return:

 


There are certain categories of products that strictly cannot be returned to us due to various reasons, and are classified as "unreturnable". These include:​​

  • Consumable items: This includes food items such as beverages or other products intended for everyday consumption.

  • Used or damaged items: If the product is not in its original condition or has been damaged or altered in any way, it cannot be returned.

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
     

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for these items under any circumstances.

  • Mattresses and pillows: Once these items have been unsealed from their original packaging, they cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons
    .

  • Personalized or custom-made items: These are items that have been specifically made to your requirements, such as bespoke clothing, engraved jewelry, or personalized gifts.
     

  • Digital products such as electronic vouchers, gaming codes, or other digital downloads.
     

  • Audio or video recordings, computer software, newspapers, periodicals, or magazines that have been unsealed.
     

  • Nursing or maternity products, infant bottles, infant feeding products, or bottle accessories that have been unsealed, including (but not limited to) breast pumps, bottles, teats, soothers/pacifiers, formula, maternity underwear, nappies, and wipes.
     

  • Beauty products or fragrances that have been unsealed and/or used.
     

  • Intimate products, lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, underwear, or jewelry for piercings that. Due to public health and hygiene, these items strictly cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

Return Policy Within 14 days of Delivery: Change of mind / Unwanted Items

If the item you purchased doesn't meet your needs or expectations, and you simply have changed your mind, you have 14 days to log a return for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To be eligible, the item must be in a resalable condition and include the original packaging, attachments, accessories, and documentation. It should also be unused and in its original condition.

We understand that shopping for fashion items online can be challenging, and there may be times when you accidentally shop for the wrong size or color. That's why we offer you the flexibility to exchange your item for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery. If your desired product variation is available, we'll arrange to have the unwanted product collected and deliver the new item to you free of charge. If the desired variation is not available, we'll offer you the option to receive a refund or store credit, based on your preference. We want to ensure that you receive exactly what you need, and we're here to help make the process as hassle-free as possible.

If 14 days have passed and you have not yet logged a return, this part of our policy will no longer be applicable. However, if the product is faulty or defective as outlined in our next policy below, we may still process your return. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the product and ensure that you are fully satisfied within the 14-day period. If you discover any issues, please log your return as soon as possible.

 

Under special circumstances, if you fail to log a return within 14 days, we may still accept returns for unwanted or change of mind items, but additional fees for collection, delivery, and processing may apply. Please note that this is solely at our discretion and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. It is important to note that we are not obligated to accept returns under this policy if the 14-day deadline has passed without a return being logged.

Return Policy Within 6 months of Delivery: Standard ShoppingSphere Warranty.

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at haveitnext, and that's why we care about the quality of the products you receive from us. To ensure that you're fully protected, we provide a standard 6-month warranty for all products sold on our platform, with the exception of the products that fall into the "unreturnable" category or we have specified otherwise. This warranty is in place to protect you against any defects or faults in your product, so you can shop with confidence.

It's important to note that our Standard haveitnext warranty may be voided in certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Neglecting to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance or operating procedures.​

  • Products that have been damaged due to wear and tear or normal usage

  • Using the product for a purpose other than what it was intended for.

  • Tampering with the product or attempting to repair it yourself without authorization.

  • Using unauthorized parts or accessories with the product.

  • Exposing the product to excessive heat, cold, moisture, or other extreme environmental conditions.

  • Using the product in an abusive or improper manner, such as dropping it or subjecting it to impact or other forms of physical damage.​

  • Modifying the product in any way from its original design or specifications.

  • Product damage or defects caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external events beyond control.

  • Products that have been damaged during shipment or handling will not be covered under our standard warranty if the damage is not reported within our specified timeframe of 7 days from the time of delivery.

  • Products that have been damaged due to improper storage or handling.

 

 

Additionally, if the specifications of the product are accurately described on the website and generally fit for their intended purpose, but don't meet your personal preferences or needs, this doesn't qualify for a return under this policy.

Return Policy After 6 months of Delivery: Manufacturer / Supplier Warranty 

 

We understand that some products may come with a supplier/manufacturer warranty that extends beyond our standard 6-month warranty period. If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible within the extended supplier warranty period if you discover a defect. We'll facilitate the return of the product to the supplier/manufacturer at no cost to you. However, it's important to note that this supplier/manufacturer warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the manufacturer or supplier, and it's your responsibility to make yourself aware of these. These warranty terms and conditions are typically included in product's packaging. Please note that any decision to offer a remedy such as a credit or replacement for a product is at the discretion of the supplier or manufacturer. haveitnext is not obligated to provide such a remedy under this policy.

Preparing your Products for Collection

Packaging the product

 

In order for the return to be valid, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, components, and manuals that came with it. If the product was purchased as part of a bundle, all items from the bundle must be returned. For instance, if you purchased a phone that came with free promotional headphones, you will need to return both the phone and the headphones in the same condition as they arrived. 

 

If your product was bundled with a digital product or any other unreturnable item such as a gift card or computer software, you will only need to return the returnable product. The value of any unreturnable item will be automatically deducted from the amount we credit you.

Keep note of the following as you package your product in a Shipping box:

  • Make sure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. Use bubble-wrap or other means necessary to secure the product. ShoppingSphere will not be held liable for any damages to product in it transit to us, and we reserve the right to refuse the return (subject to applicable law), and return it back to you at your expense should the product arrive to us damaged in transit due to gross mispackaging and securing.​​

  • We recommend using the original ShoppingSphere shipping box that came with the product. If that’s not an option, you can use an alternative shipping box that is sturdy and durable enough to accommodate the product. Additionally, ensure that the alternative box has enough space to accommodate the product. 

  • Within the shipping box, the products must strictly still be in their original manufacturer’s packaging, exactly as they were delivered to you.

  • Make sure to remove any previously used barcode identifiers and address labels on the shipping box. This step is essential to avoid any potential mix-up or confusion during the sorting process.

Please note that some products may use the manufacturer packaging box as their shipping box. In such cases, please return them exactly as they were delivered to you.

Collection​

Once you have logged and finalized your return, we will arrange for the product to be collected within 4 working days. By default, we will arrange for the collection to take place at the same address to which the product was originally delivered. However, if you wish for the collection to take place at a different address, please let us know within 24 hours of logging the return so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Once the collection has been initiated, we will send you an email containing the date of collection and the items that will be collected. If you need to reschedule the collection date, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the email so that we can make arrangements to reschedule to your preferred date.

Product Assessment & Refunds / exchange

After receiving your products, we will commence the assessment process, which should take no longer than 5 working days. To ensure a smooth return assessment process, it is vital to provide a detailed description of the issues you are experiencing and any additional information that may aid our assessment. Please ensure you include how we can replicate the fault during our testing, as incomplete or insufficient information may lead to unnecessary delays in processing your return.

How we handle return assessments:

 

 

For returns within 14 days of delivery:

 

When you return an item to haveitnext within 14 days of delivery, we will assess the return to confirm its validity and compliance with our Returns Policy. If we find that your return is invalid or does not comply with our policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return (subject to applicable law), and you may be required to reimburse us for the cost of collecting and returning the product back to you.

Please note that if you return an unwanted product but do not include all the accessories and parts that came with it, we may either refuse the return (subject to applicable law) or only replace the item that you did return. In some cases, we may estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and credit or refund you accordingly.

 

If your return is valid and complies with our Returns Policy, we will be more than happy to replace, refund, or credit your haveitnext account based on your preference. If a replacement item is not available, we will communicate with you to confirm your preference for a refund or credit to your account. 

For returns within 6 months of delivery:

Our assessment will confirm the validity of the return, and it compliance with our returns policy. We will conduct an extensive assessment of the product to identify the defect. Therefore, it's essential to provide us with a detailed description of the issue you faced to help us replicate the problem. Please make sure to provide sufficient information to avoid any delays.

If we determine that the return is invalid, does not comply with our return policy, or if we find that the product is in good condition with no valid defects, you may be liable to reimburse ShoppingSphere for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we may refuse the return, or only replace the returned item, or estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and refund you accordingly, subject to applicable law.

If your return is valid and compliant with our policy, we will replace, refund or credit your haveitnext account based on your preference. If the replacement product is unavailable, we will refund or credit your account after communicating and confirming your preference with you.

For returns After 6 months of delivery:

If your product becomes faulty after our 6-month standard warranty, but is still within the manufacturer's warranty period (if applicable), haveitnext will send the product to the manufacturer for assessment. The manufacturer will determine whether or not you have a valid claim, and if so, the return will be resolved in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Please note that ShoppingSphere has no control over the outcome of the manufacturer/supplier assessment. Any remedy offered to you is at the supplier or manufacturer's discretion.

We understand that waiting for a repair or replacement can be frustrating. If the supplier or manufacturer confirms that the product has a defect and offers repair or replacement within the applicable warranty, but it takes longer than 30 days, we will step in to help. Please note that any remedy offered to you is at the supplier or manufacturer's discretion, and haveitnext is not obligated to credit or replace the product under this policy. However, we may, at our sole discretion, either refund or replace the product at our expense. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to ensure a positive experience with us.

Refund / Exchange / Store credit

We will always refund you with the value you paid for the product, this is irrespective of the current price for the product. Should your product be bundled with a digital product or any other unreturnable product, we will estimate the fair market value of that unreturnable product, and deduct it from the refund. 

 

For security reasons, refunds are strictly sent to the original payment method used when you placed the order. If you made a cash deposit or EFT into our bank account, please be aware that we will require your banking details to process the refund. Our team will reach out to you promptly to gather this information and facilitate the return.

Please take note of our processing times:

  • Refunds can take between 3 - 5 working days to reflect in your account. 

  • Exchanges / replacements are processed immediately once your return has validated by our assessment, and your replacement product will be delivered to you at our expense within 7 working days.

  • Store credit is processed immediately once your return has been validated our assessment, and your account will be credited within 12 hours.​​​
